History:

Established in 1989 as RTC Subrogation Claim Service, we have a history of distinguished service in the Property and Casualty claims recovery industry. In 2001, RTC was acquired by global industry giant NCO Financial Systems to represent and expand its insurance recovery interests.  Through this partnership, we  expanded our client base servicing many premiere insurance carriers throughout the US.  In 2007, Maximum Subrogation and Recovery, LLC was spun off as an independent entity but we continue to maintain a strong partnership with NCO Financial systems sharing resources and integrating a variety of collection activities.

Core Business Activity:

To identify and recover monies paid on a diverse group of property and casualty claims to include: Auto Physical Damage, Auto Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Med Pay, Auto Uninsured and Underinsured, Homeowner, Municipal, Commercial, Product Liability, Workers Comp.  We also perform recovery services for hospitals, health care providers and creditors.

Based in Livingston, NJ, we employ a full time staff of talented recovery specialists.  Our team of seasoned professionals have 20+ years experience in the insurance industry with extensive litigation and arbitration knowledge.  These experts are supported by an equally dedicated support staff who are fully qualified in data processing, MS Office Suite applications, scanning and web technologies.  All our claims are housed in a central electronic repository with online capabilities that enable easy and portable access 24/7.  Our specialists are capable of doing remote electronic online reviews via a client's server or on site audits.
